When does my membership begin?
Only once the gym and spa have opened their doors. Registering now does not activate your membership or start monthly charges. The opening date will be announced and your start date confirmed.
Can I book before opening?
Yes, you can send a preferred booking request now. This is not a confirmed appointment. We will confirm a suitable date and availability after opening.
Which membership includes towels?
Comfort at £49 per month includes fresh towels. Spa at £149 per month includes the Comfort benefits.
How does spa access work?
Spa membership at £149 per month includes spa and jacuzzi access. Sessions must be booked in advance and last one hour at a time, subject to availability and health review.
Why is there a health questionnaire?
It helps the team review suitability before you use the gym or spa. A Yes or Unsure response will be marked for review; the form does not provide medical clearance.
Will I pay when I register?
No payment is collected on this website. Payment arrangements and full membership terms will be confirmed before activation.
